Each of these handmade chocolates features grown or produced in the Pacific Northwest. From goat's milk caramel from a nearby farm to cedar boughs from the backyard to Vancouver Island sea salt. 

All filled truffles are encased in an organic, fair trade 60% dark chocolate

Choose from:

Salted Cajeta - the creamy goat's milk caramel encased in dark chocolate and sprinkled with a bit of Vancouver Island sea salt

Lemon Cedar - Island Cedar boughs slowly steeped in organic cream and mixed into a creamy lemon ganache

Cinnamon Rose Caramel - Rosewater made on island from wild nootka roses mixed into a cinnamon caramel with a little chili space - all the heart flavors <3

Wild Nettle Ginger - Wild nettles from the surrounding woods steeped in cream and mixed into dark chocolate ganache and crystallized ginger

Island Chai - a rooibos chai using rosehips, cloves, allspice, and others- made locally by Milla Prince steeped into a milk chocolate ganache and topped with a bit of cardamom

Dark Chocolate Rosemary - locally grown rosemary steeped in cream and mixed into a 70% dark chocolate ganache

Cherry Almond - organic almonds ground with cherry liqueur and dried cherries - creamy and satisfying all your adult marzipan dreams.
