Each of these handmade chocolates features grown or produced in the Pacific Northwest. From goat's milk caramel from a nearby farm to backyard cedar boughs to Vancouver Island Sea Salt. 

All filled truffles are encased in an organic, fair trade 62% Peruvian dark chocolate or an Ecuadorian 56%

Includes a blend of: 


Salted Cajeta - the creamy goat's milk caramel encased in dark chocolate and sprinkled with a bit of San Juan Island sea salt

Lemon Fir - Island Fir tips slowly steeped in organic cream and mixed into a creamy lemon ganache

Cinnamon Rose Caramel - Rosewater made on island from wild nootka roses mixed into a cinnamon caramel with a little chili space - all the heart flavors <3

Wild Nettle Ginger - Wild nettles from the surrounding woods steeped in cream and mixed into dark chocolate ganache and crystallized ginger

Dark Chocolate Rosemary - locally grown rosemary steeped in cream and mixed into a 70% dark chocolate ganache

Salted Honey - a tiny shot of infused honey inside a rich truffle sprinkled with San Juan Island sea salt & bee pollen

Rosewater truffles -- island nootka rosewater mixed in with dark chocolate ganache
