WOODLAND KEEP PIES


Pies are where the art of dreaming up different and fun crust designs and the intuition in perfecting the flakiest crust and come together into a delicious slice of  flaky, buttery pie heaven. The creative process behind experimenting with different local flavors and brainstorming new decorative designs is our favorite part of the pie making process.

All pies are made using local and organic ingredients.  Our crust is made using organic, unbleached white flour, milled nearby at the Fairhaven Cooperative Mill. A whole grain crust recipe using island milled flour is in the works! All pies can be ordered online or via e-mail at demetria.theophania@gmail.com and are available for pick up here on Lopez Island.
We source most of our ingredients from Lopez Island and the northwest. We love showcasing local producers.
